Refund Policy
Payment Confirmation
- You -as a customer- will receive the payment confirmation through email immediately after making the payment, also you will be enrolled direct in the purchased service.
- Regarding customized services, after you submit your request, we will contact you to complete the deal, and you will receive the service upon completing the payment.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
For integrated multi-weeks programs (8 weeks or more),
- Before launching the program, you can cancel and request total amount refund.
- After one week to 3 weeks, you can refund 75% of the total amount.
- More than 3 weeks, there is no refund.
For programs (less than 8 weeks)
- Before launching the program, you can cancel and request total amount refund.
- After one week to 2 weeks, you can refund 75% of the total amount.
- More than 2 weeks, there is no refund.
For customized services,
- It is session-based which means that the payment will be calculated upon number of sessions and according the deal per session. There is no refund for any already held session, but if you pay in advance, you may refund all advanced payment.
