  1. Demonstrate what are the patient’s rights and responsibilities.
  2. Discuss the keys of implementing the patient’s rights in your facility.
  3. Discuss strategies could the hospital take to protect vulnerable patients.
  4. Illustrate refusal of services and second opinion processes.
  5. Differentiate between patient experience and patient satisfaction.
  6. Demonstrate compliant management life cycle.
  7. Discuss patient and family education process.
  8. Discuss patient informed consent.
  9. Participate in workshops in Cause & Effect Diagram and Pareto Chart
